73. Carrot Cake (TORTA DE ZANAHORIAS) Back


  • 7 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 ground walnut
  • 1 1/4 flaked and squeezed carrots
  • 1 tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps flour
  • 3 tbsps baking powder
  • Flaked lemon, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg

Mix the egg yolks and sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to mixture. Continue to add flour, carrots and nuts. Pour into greased pan in low-heat oven until dry. Fill with pastry cream.
