This dough can be used for any kuchen
Weight 2 eggs. Add the same weigh in sugar, butter and flour. Add one tbsp of baking powder and lemon grind. Form a soft dough. Extend dough on buttered pan and bake in medium oven until cooked.
FILLING
Melt the sugar until slightly brown. Add warm milk, butter and nuts. Quickly pour warm filling over cooked dough.
