Crust mix the flour with butter until mixture looks like bread crumps. Add the yolks and milk. Beat to make a stiff dough.
Wrap in foil and chill refrigerating for 4 hours. Divide this crust in 10 parts. Roll out very thin, pick with fork. Cut dough with 35 cm pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Fill with manjar and cover with merengue (3 egg whites and 1 cup powdered sugar together until soft peaks form).
