82. Pisco Sour Back


  • 3 cups Pisco (30-45% alcohol)
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar

Combine in a blender and blend well. Strain into glasses. Should be kept cold.

SPECIAL PISCO SOUR: Use lime juice for one-half quantity of lemon juice. Add a couple of drops of Angostura Bitters per portion.
