• 2 cups fresh cream
• 2 cups sweet milk jam
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 2 cups chopped with hand soda cookies
• 2 tbsps rum or brandy

Beat the cream and sweet milk jam together. Add chopped walnuts, cookie and rum or brandy. Drop in a Pyrex and put in the freezer. Serve with sauces: vanilla, strawberries, etc.
