31. Lemon Cream (CREMA DE LIMÓN) Back


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsps flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup hot water

Melt the butter in pan and add the flour over a low heat. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. Add the sugar and then the hot liquids. Boil for 3 minutes stirring all the time. Serve warm or cold.
