49. Nuts Creame (BETÚN DE NUECES) Back


  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsps flour
  • 1 cup copped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Beat the egg yolks well. Add all the other ingredients except the vanilla. Mix thoroughly and then heat stirring carefully until thick. Add the vanilla an cool.
