39. Repollitos (Little Cabbage) Back


  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1/2 lb flour
  • 8 eggs
  • Powder sugar

Boil water with butter and add flour. Stir well until you can see bottom of pan. Let cool and add egg one by one. Using a teaspoon drop mixture on cookie sheet and cook in over or fry. Once cooked, cover in powdered sugar.
