Beat eggs, butter, sugar. Add coffee, chocolate and milk alternating with flour, baking soda, baking powder. Finally add dried plums, which have been previously soaked in water and chopped walnuts.
Pour mixture in grassed pan and cook in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 572ºF, then cook for 50 minutes at 392ºF. Fill with manjar (cooked condensed milk), and raspberry jam. Cover with Chantilly cream.
