57. Moka Cream (CREMA MOKA) Back


  • 2 tbsps unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (or strong black coffee) to taste.

Beat the butter, add the sugar and the diluted coffee to make a smooth spreading consistency. Put a layer of cake on a serving plate, cover with the cream filling. Add another layer of cake, another layer of filling and another layer of cake, etc. cover sides of cake with mokka cream and sift powdered sugar over the top.
