DOUGHT

  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 7 tbsps sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsps milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Shredded lemon

Beat the butter, eggs and shredded lemon, add flour and baking powder alternated with milk. Pour in greased cake pan. Cook in a moderate oven.

FILLING

  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsps milk
  • 1 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Melted butter, add sugar until golden brown. Add sugar, milk and chopped walnuts. Pour on the crust. Return to the oven, bake until golden brown.
