  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup port wine
  • 1/4 cup cacao cream
  • 1/4 cup cognac
  • 2 tbsps powdered sugar
  • Cinnamon

Combine first 5 ingredients in a electric blender; process until well blended, about 2 minutes on high.

Pour into glasses over ice or refrigerate the mixture until well chilled. Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving.
